We have worked in the field of leadership development for over 20 years and during that time have worked with individuals who wish to improve themselves and their approach to their professional practice through personal development, training and coaching.
Our expertise starts with the use of a range of assessment tools and psychometric tests, if needed and requested by the client, to help identify some of those areas where development may be needed and once we have an idea of what to offer the client we put together a bespoke programme of help and support usually through the use of non-accredited training courses though for those clients who wish to become accredited we are able to offer a range of Management & Leadership programs from the Chartered Management Institute over on our website at www.developingmanagers.org.
To supplement personal development and training we make extensive use of coaching, in the main, though with 30 years experience of business at a senior leadership level the opportunity to engage us in mentoring can be just as useful.
Executive coaching again brings together the opportunity of assessment tools and psychometric tests, if needed, as the starting point for identifying a suitable intervention and we typically work with clients over 6 to 8 interventions in a period of time from anywhere between six weeks to 6 months depending on the needs of our client.
