We’ve been working in coaching and mentoring for almost as long as the coaching industry has existed in business here in the UK. In fact, our first coaching intervention was back in 1982 and it has developed ever since into a significantly sized business phenomenon.
It has often been used as part of leadership development programmes in which the classroom training delivered by us was subject to consolidation through the coaching process.
We started with models such as GROW introduced by John Whitmore in the excellent book “Performance Coaching” and along the way have added the use of psychometric tools including the Myers Briggs Type Inventory, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and more recently Neuroscience and Positive Psychology.
These days our coaching and mentoring interventions embrace a range of techniques including Motivational Interviewing and we also have professional qualifications and recognition.
You are in safe hands because we hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School, are on the Henley Register of Coaching, a member of the Henley Centre for Coaching and hold Membership of the International Coach Federation.
That said, the most important thing is the need to meet your needs and bring our wide range of knowledge, skills and competencies to bear on your development needs.
Our approaches are designed and delivered with you in mind.
