With a business background in operations management and Total Quality Management it is unsurprising that many of our commissions fall broadly under the heading of operations while also having the specific needs of introducing and implementing a TQM programme which may or may not have specific needs e.g. ISO 9000 to meet the requirements of those organisations but our customers supply to.
We have worked in organisations including Jaguar Land Rover, Aston Martin, Telent, Babcock, Fujitsu, Siemens, Hozelock, Dana UK, Post Office, TNT, Greggs the Bakers, Persimmon, NHS London and a great many others in helping them either introduce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) which is often a precursor to the introduction and development of a programme that might be similar to ISO 9000.
In some cases there has also been specific needs to introduce into these organisations and others specific requirements that may include Ford Global 8D, Lean, Six Sigma, Lean Sigma and to work with some organisations in the creation of bespoke quality management programmes that typically use a range of Tools and Techniques drawn from a number of other programs specifically created to help meet their needs.
In addition to providing training courses in a wide range of quality tools and techniques we have also provided additional courses in leading teams, communication, negotiation, FMEA, value stream mapping and others.
